1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, ChipAI.dev collects your email address and username. If you sign in with GitHub, we receive basic profile information from GitHub (name, email, avatar) as permitted by GitHub's OAuth scope you authorise.

We collect usage data such as pages visited, resources uploaded, and API calls made, to operate and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve ChipAI.dev services.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, notifications you opt in to).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-southeast-2). Model and dataset files are stored in Cloudflare R2 (global edge). Git repositories are hosted on our Forgejo instance on DigitalOcean (blr1 — Mumbai).

4. Cookies

ChipAI.dev uses a single HTTP-only session cookie (app_token) to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare for CDN and R2 storage, and DigitalOcean for infrastructure. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of data.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Public resources (models, datasets) you have published will remain unless you explicitly request their removal.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
