Developer plans are billed per GPU-second of inference or training you actually run. Pro AI and above include a monthly credit allowance first; overage falls back to the same per-second rate.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period; downgrades apply from the next cycle. Your repositories are never deleted on a downgrade — they become read-only if you exceed the new storage limit.
Prices are shown excluding GST. Indian customers are charged 18% GST at checkout; registered businesses can add a GSTIN to the invoice.
